Key Responsibilities for Welder / Fabrication: 

• Perform welding and fabrication on various metals, including stainless steel
  
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble and weld components
  
• Measure, cut, and shape metal using appropriate tools and equipment
  
• Assemble parts for wood-fired ovens and outdoor cooking equipment
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, accurate production and organized materials
  
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  
• Report and correct fabrication or welding defects
  
• Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies
  

 Requirements and Desired Skills for Welder / Fabrication: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified welder with experience in different welding techniques
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and grinding
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•  Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 45+ lbs
• Standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
• Use of personal protective equipment as required
