Key Responsibilities for Welder / Fabrication:
- Perform welding and fabrication on various metals, including stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble and weld components
- Measure, cut, and shape metal using appropriate tools and equipment
- Assemble parts for wood-fired ovens and outdoor cooking equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, accurate production and organized materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Report and correct fabrication or welding defects
- Maintain safety standards and comply with company policies
Requirements and Desired Skills for Welder / Fabrication:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified welder with experience in different welding techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and grinding
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 45+ lbs
- Standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
- Use of personal protective equipment as required
